Young men and women across North American are sensing God’s call on their lives and seeking ways to explore and confirm that call. The Student Leadership Institute (SLI) is one venue that state youth leaders have developed to assist high school students in responding to that call. Through national collaborative work the leaders of those SLIs have created a manual to assist each other and to provide guidance and a model for those state youth ministries that are thinking about creating such an Institute.
