Will there be programming for kids or childcare available?
No. Due to space and staffing limitations, there is no other programming outside of the general sessions.
Are meals included?
No, they are not included in the registration price. There is time built into the schedule for you to go to a local restaurant or back to your hotel for your meals.
How do I book lodging?
Once you register for the conference, you will receive an email confirmation that will include lodging information.
How far is the church from the airport?
- Los Angeles, CA (LAX): 14 minutes
- Indianapolis, IN (IND): 1 hour
- New York, NY (LGA): 25 minutes
Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the church?
No, there will be no shuttle service provided.
Is the church handicap accessible?
Yes. There is ample parking and easy entry into the building for anyone with special physical needs.
Will I receive a program book ahead of the Convention?
No. You will pick up the program book when you arrive.
Can my registration be refunded?
Registration is non-refundable upon purchase, but fully transferable to a substitute registrant. The transfer of tickets to another attendee can be managed by contacting 800-848-2464, or upon arrival at the event.
