Bob Moss will soon become an off-site employee with Church of God Ministries. As he assumes the lead pastor role at Hope Community Church in Niles, Michigan, he will continue his responsibilities with Project Imagine and serve as a field representative and cabinet-level leader of Church of God Ministries, working to achieve functional unity within the Movement.

The Niles congregation has agreed to share Bob in this dual role while he works remotely and travels for the national office a few weekdays each month. He will also be onsite at Church of God Ministries for one or two days each month. “The vast majority of my work with the national church is conducted on a screen or telephone,” he says, “so it won’t matter much whether my desk is in Anderson or Niles.”

Those who know Bob well understand that he has the heart of a pastor. “Renée and I have ministered as agents of healing and rebuilding in two previous pastorates, and it seems God is calling us to do it again at Hope Community Church,” he says. “We’re expectantly watching to see what God has in store.”

Bob and Renée also look forward to returning to Berrien County, Michigan, where they previously spent many years serving First Church in St. Joseph.
