Mid-Year Leadership Conference Comes to Cincinnati
We hope you are making plans to attend the 2015 Mid-Year Leadership Conference, March 3–5 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Please register as soon as possible to ensure special low-rates on rooms.
This year’s conference format features two tracks of study that allow for specific dialogue on leadership issues related to pastors and ministry leaders. These sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to dialogue with some of our most respected leaders—Milton Grannum, Ronald Fowler, and Gideon Thompson—on the vital topic of leadership. Their combined service represents over one hundred years of excellence in ministry. We are deeply fortunate to have this time to learn from, and share with, these leaders.
The pastors and saints in the Cincinnati area are excited and preparing to host our upcoming Mid-Year Leadership Conference. Praise and worship will be led by the combined choirs of the greater Cincinnati area, complementing an exciting lineup of evening worship speakers, including Tim White, Marilyn Sowers, and Monte’ Dillard.
Our annual theme will be further explored by our presiding elder, Miki Merritt, who will kick off the conference at 2:00 PM on Tuesday afternoon with a session on connections; followed on Wednesday morning by CODO Charles Myricks, with a presentation on collaboration. On Thursday we will have a business session with the assembly to review some exciting developments in the life of the association, as well as a town hall meeting, led by Miki Merritt, for open dialogue.
Thursday afternoon will be unscheduled, allowing delegates opportunities for fellowship and refreshment. Available options include shopping (with sky-walk connection to Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s, etc.) and the renown National Underground Railroad Museum.
See you in Cinci! We are better together. Click here to register.
