UGANDA LEADERSHIP FOCUS – Project #42.30629
Uganda is investing in their leaders through the 6-module, group-based Leadership Focus (LF) pilot project to train, inspire, and prepare leaders in Uganda. Burgeoning leaders will learn the theology of the Church of God, the integrity and ethics of godly leadership, and prepare and plan for an effective future as a 21st century leader in Uganda, Africa, and the world. The results of this pilot will help determine best-practices in utilizing this material in more countries in Africa as well as other international opportunities (Annual Goal: $20,000)
LEADERSHIP FOCUS – Project #32.001
A dynamic leadership and credentialing system for ministers and missionaries across the globe. This online ministry development tool is relevant and effective for equipping emerging leaders as they respond to the call of God on their lives. Many of these candidates are bi-vocational and sacrificing greatly to benefit for this training and equipping. (Annual Goal: $80,000)

MILITARY & INSTITUTIONAL CHAPLAIN FUND – Project #39.53303
This fund assists and supports the efforts of our endorsed military/institutional chaplains to grow professionally, to find opportunities for spiritual renewal, and to remain connected with each other and the Church of God at large. (Annual Goal: $40,000)
3W LEADERSHIP NETWORK – Project #42.30310
Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN) is the first ever multinational network of Church of God young leaders in Europe and the Middle East. This project would support a biennial event for training, encouragement and synergistic regional strategizing as well as scholarships to aid with ongoing regional connection between events. ($18,000 every 18 months)
COTE D’ IVOIRE IBAO – Project #42.30131
IBAO is dedicated to training leaders to serve the church in Africa’s 22 French-speaking nations. Thirty graduates are serving the church in Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. Funding underwrites the training that students receive to provide effective leadership formation through upgrading the resources center, providing student grants, and adding to the facilities. (Annual Goal: $5,500)
ALL AFRICA ASSEMBLY – Project #42.30320
The All Africa Assembly is a beautiful gathering for leaders from across Africa to develop regional connectivity. This gathering will be held in Durban 2020 and will hopefully be followed by many to come. It will be a time of training, worship, encouragement, and bolstering one another. The All Africa Assembly project will enable the event to take place by providing some scholarships as well as aid in the unforeseen costs associated with such a multi-national event. (The total project cost for every twenty-four months is $18,000)
CHURCH OF GOD THEOLOGY TRAINING IN LATIN AMERICA – Project #42.30551
The Latin American leadership body, CIID, identified the need for Church of God theological education to be more accessible to pastors and leaders throughout their region. In response to CIID’s request, this initiative partners with Church of God theological institutes across the region to make their resources more available to Church of God leaders in Latin America.
AMAZONIA BOA TERRA LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT – Project #42.30067
Boa Terra na Amazonia educates and trains students to plant churches. Funding provides scholarships for young leaders training to assume pastoral leadership of these new congregations.
