Francis Asbury Press Website Available

A new website devoted to news and discussion about books published by Francis Asbury Press is now available at: www.francisasburypress.org. The book imprint was launched in 1983 by Dr. Dennis F. Kinlaw and Dr. Harold W. Burgess of Asbury Theological Seminary to “spread the message of scriptural holiness” throughout the world. Its academic and inspirational books promote the Christian beliefs and values of the evangelical Wesleyan tradition.

Now distributed by Warner Press, Inc., publishing house of the Church of God (Anderson, IN), Francis Asbury Press (FAP) was previously associated with Zondervan Publishing House and Evangel Publishing House. Nearly one hundred FAP titles have been released over its thirty-year history.

According to Dr. Ronald V. Duncan, general director of Church of God Ministries, Inc., the distribution of FAP books is one facet of the movement’s activity in the newly-formed Global Wesleyan Alliance. “We believe that the Alliance’s message of Christian holiness ought to be shared with the world,” Dr. Duncan said, “and Francis Asbury Press is an effective channel for that message.”
