Registration is open for the first two of three Church of God Regionals this year, with registration for the third to open before long. Characterized by vitality and variety, these Regional Conferences—designed and hosted in partnership with some of the best ministries the Church of God movement has to offer—present pastors, ministry leaders, and congregations in 2024 with real options and irresistible opportunities.

There’s Misfits. On the heels of another grand and glorious Christmas season in the Church of God, some are surely humming the tune from the Rankin/Bass production of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. But the ministry initiative and event sourced from General Assembly chair-elect Geremy Dixon’s church in Inglewood, California—Center of Hope LA—isn’t like that at all. This Regionals event is slated to coincide with the innovative Misfits Conference, which “brings together market-disruptors, change-agents, and thinkers imagining the next iteration of ministry.” From May 15 through 18, attendees will experience a strategic mix of Church of God-specific programming and Misfits-branded material.

Then there’s a Regional that will take place during the traditional Camp Meeting week: the second 2024 Church of God Regional takes us back to a familiar and most hospitable conference host: Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City. “In collaboration with Crossings Community Church, this Regionals event will empower leaders with innovative strategies in reaching the lost and discipling people through a wide spectrum of experiences.” On the sprawling campus of the highest-attended Church of God congregation in the United States and Canada, pastors and leaders will be inspired and challenged to learn and grow through a variety of worship and teaching sessions, but there’s so much more. Adding interest and insight to the itinerary, guests of the event—scheduled for June 18–20, this conference will feature a tour of the incredible OKC hubs of hope operated by the church—the Crossings Community Center and Crossings Clinic. Additionally, food trucks and other scrumptious opportunities are posed by this June gathering of the Movement.

Finally—more appropriately described as a grand finale—there’s the third Regional altogether tied in to the established and highly regarded Berean Leadership Conference. The Columbus, Ohio, event, which will again take place at First Church of God—where Bishop Timothy Clark leads—is scheduled for October 3–5. “Everyone is a leader in some way,” event organizers observe. “In conjunction with the acclaimed Berean Leadership Conference, this Regionals event will sharpen, equip, and celebrate leaders of any capacity.”

…Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut.” —Revelation 3:8 ESV
