In Church of God

Church of God Ministries is pleased to announce three new staff members to the team: Natalie Farmer, Victoria Fedor, and Darryl Allen. Recent organizational restructuring to streamline operations and maximize stewardship of kingdom resources has resulted in the creation of two new posts to the executive team:

Natalie Farmer has accepted the consolidated position of chief financial and operations officer (CFOO), and Victoria Fedor will officially assume the role of chief legal officer (CLO) and human resources director (HRD) on March 1. Darryl Allen will begin in March as Church of God Ministries advancement director, replacing the retiring Art Clawson.

FarmerNatalie Farmer is no stranger to the Church of God. Her grandfather, Paul Tanner, served as executive secretary for the Executive Council of the Church of God in the 1980s. Her uncle, Jim Tanner, served for many years as vice president of Warner Press. Her father, Joe Royer, has managed the facilities and properties of Anderson University for more than thirty years. An Anderson University grad, Natalie grew up in the congregation of Madison Park Church of God where she ultimately served as chair of the board of elders. Of all of her notable work experiences, Church of God people will appreciate her most recent venture—director of finance and business development for Sandi Patty’s ministry. “I’m expectant for the Lord to orchestrate big advances for his church in the coming season,” Natalie explains, “and I’m so thankful for whatever small part I might play in the forward advancement of the movement.”

Under contract until the end of February, Victoria FeFedordor has already proven herself an important asset to Church of God Ministries. Once her work becomes full-time on March 1, the Church of God will be further blessed by her talent and professional expertise as an attorney. Her portfolio will also include the Church of God Foundation and human resources. Though raised a devout Catholic, Victoria grew into a deeper experiential relationship with Christ while in college, attending Alistair Begg’s church in Cleveland, Ohio. Since then, her commitment to Christ has led to extensive involvement in her home church in Hudson, Ohio, as well as participation with Christians Broadcasting Hope (CBH) and other Church of God missions work. “I’m so encouraged to be a part of an organization that is truly making a difference in lives both domestically and internationally,” she reflects.

AllenDarryl Allen comes to Church of God Ministries from the position of regional pastor for Kentucky Church of God Ministries. The Mid-America Christian University grad is well-known across the movement for his love for God and huge heart for people. Darryl has served as director of church relations for MACU and has also served on their board of trustees. He serves on the steering committee for Pastors’ Fellowship and the Select Committee on Credentials for the Church of God. Darryl also serves as an adjunct professor for MACU and Ohio Christian University. As the third-generation of the Allen family to be ordained for ministry in the Church of God, Darryl has a deep passion for serving God and advancing the kingdom. “I am truly excited about the opportunity to join the Church of God Ministries team,” he reflects. “The thing I am looking forward to the most is traveling across the movement, meeting people, and building friendships.”

Thank you for your prayers for these three new staff members and the ongoing work of Church of God Ministries!
