Leadership Training

LEADERSHIP FOCUS – Project #32.001 
A dynamic leadership and credentialing system for ministers and missionaries across the globe.  This online ministry development tool is relevant and effective for equipping emerging leaders as they respond to the call of God on their lives.  Many of these candidates are bi-vocational and sacrificing greatly to benefit for this training and equipping. (Annual Goal: $80,000)

SPANISH LEADERSHIP FOCUS – Project #32.001

We have partnered with the Hispanic Council and state assemblies to serve our Spanish speaking ministers.  The experiences, resources and coaching of Leadership Focus is now provided in the Spanish language.  Many first-generation Hispanic pastors have extremely limited funds and the need is great to invest in them as they seek to answer God’s call to service.  (Annual Goal: $25,000)

MILITARY  & INSTITUTIONAL CHAPLAIN FUND – Project #39.53303 

This fund assists and supports the efforts of our endorsed military/institutional chaplains to grow professionally, to find opportunities for spiritual renewal, and to remain connected with each other and the Church of God at large.  (Annual Goal: $40,000)

MISSION CENTER OF THE TAIWAN CHURCH OF GOD – Project #42.40463

The goal of this project is to provide a mission center that can act as a hub for training young leaders in Taiwan and Central Asia in theology, church growth, Christian education, and Church of God history. Accommodation will be available in this center to house up to 20 people at a time. The Mission Center will also house a local church whose rent will pay for upkeep and maintenance. (Total Project Goal: $235,000)

SOUTH INDIA ASIA BIBLE COLLEGE – Project #43.30286

The college provides basic biblical, theological, doctrinal, and practical training for men and women who feel called by God to be ministers of the gospel. There are thirty-nine students in Cochin, Keralla, India. Funds will provide upgrades for accreditation, library needs, and faculty allowances. (Annual Goal: $12,000)

3W LEADERSHIP NETWORK – Project #42.30310

Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN) is the first ever multinational network of Church of God young leaders in Europe and the Middle East. This project would support a biennial event for training, encouragement and synergistic regional strategizing as well as scholarships to aid with ongoing regional connection between events.  ($18,000 every 18 months)

DANIEL WARNER INSTITUTE CLASSROOM EXPANSION – Project #42.30010

The Daniel Warner Institute in Posadas, Argentina is a theology school equipping pastors and ministry leaders for a life of service.  The school is looking to add a few new facilities, including a multi-purpose classroom with technological capabilities and a bathroom that is handicap accessible.  (Annual Goal: $6,500)

INTER-AMERICAN FAITH AND ACTION FORUM – Project #42.30403

International forum convenes kingdom workers for leader training to sharpen their gifts in evangelism, church planting, and compassion ministries. Your gift provides scholarships for young leaders hoping to attend a Forum.  (Annual Goal: $1,500)

COTE D’ IVOIRE IBAO – Project #42.30131

IBAO is dedicated to training leaders to serve the church in Africa’s 22 French-speaking nations. Thirty graduates are serving the church in Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. Funding underwrites the training that students receive to provide effective leadership formation through upgrading the resources center, providing student grants, and adding to the facilities.  (Annual Goal: $5,500)
