Jesus is the Subject.
It was the summer of 1997, while Arnetta Bailey and her family were still living and worshiping in Indianapolis, that a young man in her church came to her and said, “The Lord told me you would help my mother.”
Jesus believed his disciples could change the world. We believe that too. Have you ever observed a problem in the world and wondered why God hasn’t done something about it? If there were one thing you could do to change the world, what would it be? How would you be a part of the solution?
For a hundred years, the Church of God has defended the defenseless through the ministry of the Shelter in Cuttack, India. CHOG TraffickLight will bring into partnership the next generation of individuals and organizations rescuing and providing safe harbor to victims of sex trafficking. From the streets of Berlin to the strip clubs of Muncie, Indiana our church is being called to action, to proclaim freedom, to love justice, to fight for the oppressed.
